Mark Mattei is a licensed physiotherapist and graduate of McGill University, where he completed both a degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He is a member in good standing with the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec, the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators, and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
With over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Mark has worked across all major areas of physiotherapy, including orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, and vestibular rehabilitation. Today, he focuses his clinical practice on the management of both simple and complex musculoskeletal conditions, as well as vestibular disorders, offering patient-centered care built on sound clinical reasoning and long-term results.
Dedicated to ongoing learning, Mark continuously updates his skills through advanced continuing education. He combines manual therapy with targeted exercise prescription to address biomechanical dysfunctions at the root of pain or impaired function, aiming for sustainable recovery and improved quality of life.
Beyond clinical work, Mark is passionate about physiotherapy education. He has lectured at the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy at McGill University and currently teaches in the Physiotherapy Technology program at Dawson College. He is also completing a Master’s degree in Education, reinforcing his commitment to training future healthcare professionals.
