Il est donc primordiale de les maintenir en forme, et loin des douleurs incapacitantes. Pourtant, les douleurs aux \u00e9paules, coudes et poignets sont fr\u00e9quentes. Chez les bless\u00e9s m\u00e9dullaires, 31-73% ressentent des douleurs aux \u00e9paules, 49-73% pr\u00e9sentent un syndrome du tunnel carpien (condition au poignet). En tout, 59% des quadripl\u00e9giques ressentent des douleurs au bras. Il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un bout de temps. En 2015, une \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite : Bonne nouvelle, les recommandations sont encore d\u2019actualit\u00e9. On \u00e9vite donc d\u2019\u00eatre bascul\u00e9 en arri\u00e8re, ou \u00ab assis sur ses reins \u00bb. On adapte la chaise en cons\u00e9quence avec une bascule, au besoin.
