Elle ne remplace toutefois ni l\u2019\u00e9valuation clinique, ni le raisonnement th\u00e9rapeutique\u202f: son efficacit\u00e9 d\u00e9pend \u00e9troitement de la qualit\u00e9 de son int\u00e9gration dans un plan de r\u00e9adaptation global.<\/p><div><p>Un enjeu central demeure la <strong>participation active du patient<\/strong>. Une assistance excessive ou mal ajust\u00e9e peut limiter l\u2019engagement moteur, l\u2019erreur et l\u2019adaptation \u2014 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments pourtant essentiels \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage moteur. C\u2019est ici que la robotique change de r\u00f4le.<\/p><div><p>Dans un contexte <strong>post\u2011r\u00e9adaptation<\/strong>, l\u2019objectif n\u2019est plus principalement de rendre le mouvement possible, mais de <strong>l\u2019entra\u00eener, le renforcer et l\u2019optimiser<\/strong>. On passe d\u2019une logique de facilitation \u00e0 une logique d\u2019<strong>entra\u00eenement neurologique<\/strong>, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement port\u00e9e par les kin\u00e9siologues.<\/p><p>La robotique devient alors un outil pour :<\/p><ul><li>doser pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la charge, la vitesse ou la complexit\u00e9 d\u2019une t\u00e2che ;<\/li><li>introduire de la r\u00e9sistance, de la variabilit\u00e9 ou des contraintes cibl\u00e9es ;<\/li><li>quantifier la progression et soutenir un entra\u00eenement \u00e0 long
