semaines).<\/p><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f Scl\u00e9rose en plaques<\/strong><\/p><p>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices existent mais sont variables :<\/p><ul><li>effets <strong>\u00e0 court terme<\/strong> sur la vitesse, l\u2019endurance, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et la fatigue (536 participants).\u00a0<\/li><li>r\u00e9sultats plus durables avec des protocoles <strong>faible intensit\u00e9 + gravit\u00e9 et le profil.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f Paralysie c\u00e9r\u00e9brale<\/strong><\/p><p>C\u2019est la pathologie o\u00f9 la robotique est <strong>la plus efficace<\/strong> :<\/p><ul><li>am\u00e9lioration de la marche, du contr\u00f4le moteur et de la posture dans plus de 50 \u00e9tudes.\u00a0<\/li><li>gains significatifs de fonction motrice dans les essais (GMFM).\u00a0<\/li><li>am\u00e9liorations de l\u2019endurance (test 6 min) et GMFM D\/E.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f L\u00e9sions m\u00e9dullaires<\/strong><\/p><p>La robotique aide la marche chez les personnes ayant une atteinte m\u00e9dullaire incompl\u00e8te :<\/p><ul><li>am\u00e9lioration de la vitesse, de la stabilit\u00e9 et des capacit\u00e9s fonctionnelles selon plusieurs m\u00e9ta-analyses.<br \/>(\u2217 R\u00e9sultats compatibles avec les donn\u00e9es SCI provenant de revues de RAGT incluant SCI)<\/li><li>pr\u00e9vention des comorbidit\u00e9s chez les personnes ayant une atteinte m\u00e9dullaire compl\u00e8te (pr\u00e9vient les fractures ost\u00e9oporotique, les plaies, r\u00e9duction douleur neuropathique, fonctionnel.<\/p><div><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f AVC<\/strong><\/p><p>Ils permettent de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter des pas plus s\u00e9curitaires, maintenir la posture et travailler l\u2019endurance \u2014 r\u00e9sultats proches de ceux de la robotique traditionnelle.<\/p><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f SEP<\/strong><\/p><p>Peu d\u2019essais, mais les exosquelettes \u201cgrounded\u201d semblent offrir des am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 court terme (vitesse, \u00e9quilibre) lorsqu\u2019ils sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement fonctionnel.<\/p><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f Parkinson<\/strong><\/p><p>Les exosquelettes sont en cours d\u2019\u00e9valuation dans plusieurs essais (2024\u20132025) :<\/p><ul><li>s\u00e9curit\u00e9,<\/li><li>pr\u00e9vention des chutes,<\/li><li>effet sur la mobilit\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f Paralysie c\u00e9r\u00e9brale<\/strong><\/p><p>Un essai JAMA (2024) montre qu\u2019un exosquelette assist\u2011as\u2011needed am\u00e9liore davantage la fonction motrice et l\u2019\u00e9quilibre que la th\u00e9rapie seule.<\/p><p><strong>\u2714\ufe0f L\u00e9sions m\u00e9dullaires<\/strong><\/p><p>Les exosquelettes sont parmi les outils <strong>les plus utilis\u00e9s<\/strong> :<\/p><ul><li>pour les l\u00e9sions m\u00e9dullaires incompl\u00e8tes, ils am\u00e9liorent la vitesse, la stabilit\u00e9 et le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, selon plusieurs m\u00e9ta\u2011analyses SCI.<br \/>(\u2217 Donn\u00e9es soutenues par les \u00e9tudes SCI incluses dans les analyses globales de robotique\/exosquelettes)\u00a0<\/li><li>pour les l\u00e9sions m\u00e9dullaires compl\u00e8tes, ils procurent un effet psychologique positif, ils am\u00e9liorent la posture, la sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la mobilit\u00e9 assist\u00e9e et la qualit\u00e9 de vie \u2014 ce qui est \u00e9norme au quotidien.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
