Par exemple, une mauvaise posture de travail \u00e0 l&#8217;ordinateur causant des maux de cou peut \u00eatre corrig\u00e9e par une adaptation du poste de travail.<\/p><p>Par contre, certains facteurs de risques sont tr\u00e8s difficilement modifiables. S&#8217;il est relativement facile de changer un environnement de travail pour am\u00e9liorer la posture, les moyens \u00e0 prendre sont plus complexes pour une personne paralys\u00e9e qui d\u00e9sire pr\u00e9venir les plaies, l&#8217;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et les maladies cardio-vasculaires. Heureusement, certaines strat\u00e9gies, modalit\u00e9s et avanc\u00e9es technologiques existent et permettent de diminuer ces facteurs de risques et pr\u00e9venir les blessures.<\/p><p>Les diff\u00e9rents professionnels de la sant\u00e9 physique ont pour mandat de r\u00e9adapter les troubles physiques, mais aussi de faire la promotion de la sant\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9venir les blessures.<\/p><p>Par exemple, le physioth\u00e9rapeute offre de l\u2019enseignement et des exercices pour changer les postures et les fa\u00e7ons de travailler ou de pratiquer le sport. La stimulation \u00e9lectrique fonctionnelle au niveau des muscles des fessiers a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9e efficace pour diminuer le risque de plaie de si\u00e8ge chez les gens ayant une mobilit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9duite. C&#8217;est pourquoi un entra\u00eenement cibl\u00e9 par un kin\u00e9siologue et\/ou physioth\u00e9rapeute est \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer. Par exemple, un renforcement des muscles stabilisteurs des hanches et des chevilles permet de pr\u00e9venir les blessures lors de la course. Un renforcement des muscles stabilisateurs des \u00e9paules collaborera \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les blessures d&#8217;usure chez les utilisateurs de fauteuil roulant.
