Her scientific and clinical background has led her to develop deep expertise in the study of the central nervous system, brain plasticity, and post-injury functional recovery. She currently serves as <strong data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"488\">Director of Research at NeuroTeQ<\/strong>, the clinical research and innovation unit of Neuro-Concept, and is an <strong data-start=\"560\" data-end=\"609\">associate professor at Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"840\">Her areas of expertise include brain plasticity, motor control, postural balance, and <strong data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"735\">functional neurological disorders<\/strong>\u2014a condition still often misunderstood, at the intersection of neurology, psychology, and rehabilitation.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"1246\">Within Neuro-Concept and NeuroTeQ, Dr. Pion plays a central role in the development of applied clinical research projects, the scientific validation of rehabilitation technologies, and the translation of research into clinical practice.
