data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1079\"><strong data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1018\">Oral medications<\/strong> (e.g., baclofen, tizanidine) to reduce overall muscle tone<\/li><li data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1079\"><strong data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1129\">Targeted botulinum toxin injections (Botox, Xeomin)<\/strong> to relax specific overactive muscles without weakening others<\/li><li data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1079\"><strong data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1219\">Intrathecal therapy<\/strong> (baclofen pump) for more severe cases<\/li><li data-start=\"998\"
