Thérapeute en réadaptation physique
Joanie has been a physical rehabilitation therapist for over 10 years. She has accumulated experience in rehabilitation with a variety of clients, but it is finally in neurology and geriatrics that she specializes. She participated in the implementation of the PIED program at the Institut Nazareth and Louis Braille. Her passion and expertise for certain technologies have allowed her to collaborate with the founder Murielle Grangeon on several development projects as well as with other industrial partners.
Interested in increasing her expertise and transmitting her knowledge to future generations, she completed a microprogram in specific rehabilitation practices at the Sherbrooke University, then a microprogram in health sciences pedagogy and a graduate degree in rehabilitation practice at the Sherbrooke University. She currently teaches the rehabilitation course in neurology for the physiotherapy technique at Ellis College in Longueuil. She is also part of the team of teachers at the NeuroRehab Academy, Neuro-Concept’s continuing education school for health professionals.
